we'll paint all our portraits in brush-strokes of yellow

I can now add Paris to the list of cities around the world ive needed medical treatment in. Epic. Guess 7 weeks of craziness caught up with me. Throat was like sandpaper and when i coughed i saw stars. Epic. But the drugs are cheap here – 2 euros for a big bottle of cough syrup with codeine in it but i didn’t read the instructions properly about the drowsy effets. Actually no i couldn’t read the instructions about the drowsy effects cause they in French. So i drank away and maybe too much. 14 hours later i woke up. But i was much better so went to see the world’s largest wifi antenna and the worlds craziest roundabout and also Toy Story 3 in 3D – but in Engrish.

Fyi – the croissant picture is a major one. I have a list of stuff to do on world travels and one of them is to eat a croissant in Paris. Yesterday i did it. Tasted like all the other croissants ive ever eaten but still. Other events in this series of pointless travel adventures include Sangria in Spain. Sushi in Japan. Irish whisky in Ireland. Portuguese tart in Portugal served to me by a Portuguese tart.  Turkish bread with turkey on it in Turkey. A Danish in Denmark (i know i know). Greek salad in Greece. A Long Island Iced Tea in Long Island. Etc. Im sure you get the picture. Or at least you will.........

Today im just gonna walk around and tomorrow im off to see some bike race.

Fyi – spain >> france. Sorry Johann but its true.
